Villa Del Palmar Cancun All Inclusive Beach Resort And Spa

The cleanliness of Villa Del Palmar was excellent. Our room was super clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's reassuring to see the effort put into ensuring a clean environment.

We encountered a slight issue with the shower in our room, and the body wash was empty. the staff was quick to address the problem and promptly provided us with new supplies.

Right next to the ferry. Walking distance. Lots of room. Great hotel. Excellent room. Great pools. Good food. Friendly staff.

Staying here was an absolutely luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided here were fantastic. the Spa & wellness centre was equipped with a splendid Sauna, a Swimming pool, an Outdoor swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi. the Beach access was convenient and provided a magnificent view of the Beachfront. I particularly loved the Massage services and the Spa lounge. the Restaurant had an amazing selection of dishes and the In-room breakfast service was fantastic.

The only minor issue I noticed was the lack of entertainment post 11 pm. Karaoke and other forms of Entertainment are missing, which may be a downer for some.

The rooms were excellent with amenities like a washer and dryer, a nice-sized patio, and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool was clean and enjoyable, providing a great place to relax.

There were some issues with the room, such as a broken shower and an empty body wash dispenser. The sales staff was pushy and made us uncomfortable with their relentless attempts to sell us a points system.
